The arugula we admire is the red dragon. As the name indicates adds fire to so many dishes. Spice lovers add to the salads to make it a bit spicier to enhance flavors. The leaves are oak leaf-shaped and dark with deep, red-colored veins. Arugula is delicious in salads and pesto but also packed with vitamins and minerals that support overall health and well-being.
