Alemaya Farm is offering two types of cucumbers this year. The widely known Adam Gherkin and Green 18. Adding cucumbers is a staple in salads. Dice cucumbers and mix them with tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make a delicious cucumber salsa. Serve it with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
