Dandelion

Dandelion is known for its detoxifying properties, high nutrient content, and ability to support liver function. Chefs have been incorporating dandelion leaves into a variety of dishes, from salads and soups to pesto and sautés, taking advantage of its slightly bitter flavor and nutritional benefits.
